Do I need to get insurance?
Absolutely, YES. We require everyone to have their own insurance on their stored property. The facility’s insurance does not cover stored items, as it is not their property and the stored items belong to you.
I'm moving out soon, what do I need to do?
1) Let us know roughly when you plan to move out
2) Take a picture of your empty, clean and unlocked unit when you are done
3) Just send us the photo via text so we can close your account – we must have proof of vacancy before we can close the account.
